CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS

“Sheldon has a true passion and gift for building and construction. His unique abilities were evident in every aspect of working on our recreational project at St. Brieux Lake. We immediately felt comfortable after contacting him about our cabin project and setting up a meeting in person to discuss our plans and project goals. We really appreciated how upfront and honest he has been right from the beginning and the comprehensive and detailed project quote provided allowed us to carefully budget the project and not end up with any unwelcome surprises.
The team work of Laura and Sheldon has made our working relationship a pleasure and it is comforting to know that corners were not cut or that any sacrifices on quality workmanship were made to save time and money. Sheldon’s attention to detail and pride of workmanship has created a wonderful recreational retreat for our young family that we will enjoy for years to come. We would highly recommend the services of Crescent Construction to anyone, as working with Sheldon and his crew has been a very positive experience and we look forward to successfully completing many future corporate projects together."

About Sheldon Scheidl
I’ve always been interested in carpentry and found that I first became hooked back in high school during my Industrial Arts classes. I became more interested in residential construction when my wife and I bought our first house three years ago. Being an older house, it needed some upgrading and I slowly began doing some small renovations in the bathroom and kitchen. Since then I’ve completed several interior and exterior home renovation jobs for myself, family and friends.
After working in the oil fields for nine years and being away from home in the winter months, I decided that my future career plans needed to take a different path, one which would allow me to spend more time closer to my wife and family. I enrolled in the Pre-Employment Certificate Carpentry Program at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology in Prince Albert, SK in the fall of 2005. I felt well equipped with the knowledge and skills to begin working in the carpentry field and saw a need for a local residential construction business and decided that I would begin a new venture.
My wife and I have a four year old daughter and a 3 month old son whom we adore! This is our fourth year in business and I enjoy working with our crew, seeing a quality finished project and a satisfied customer.
